files don't get updated -- fix scp command for deploy-on-asteroid

This line needs to be changed:

    - scp -v -r public-asteroid "$ASTEROID_USER@$ASTEROID_HOST:$ASTEROID_DEPLOY/$CI_COMMIT_REF_NAME"
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
