Updated PowerPoint Template

The university just released a new version of the PowerPoint template found here https://www.tuhh.de/tuhh/tu-hamburg/intern/vordrucke/vorlagen-cd.html

(Disclaimer: There is no PDF version, so I don't know which changes are due to my non-powerpoint software 😅 )

As of now I identified the following changes:

• Date on title slide is formatted in slash notation
• Date on content slides was removed
• Slide number on content slides was moved to previous date position
• Closing statement in German version switched to "Dankeschön"
• No English version anymore
• Bullet changes for different itemize levels: dot, dash, diamond
