Usability links

To prevent the loss of users, some links should open in a new tab:

• CC-license below keyvisual (landingpage) and
• CC-license in the footer
• GitHub in the header (as soon as the repo is open)
• HOOU & TUHH Math (Drop down Navigation)

To open a link in a new tab, inserst target="_blank" in the href-tag.
