Test all performance tests

The performance tests have conditions that ensure the quality of the algorithms and the environments. The tests should be designed so that they fail when the performance becomes worse, but do not fail because the "seed was unlucky". It would be good to test our performance tests multiple times, to check whether some are prone to "unlucky seeds".
