Reload raw TUHH data from original files

As of 18.11.2022 all raw data from TUHH are loaded into the code from excel files. However, the raw datasets should be handled as HZDR data by means of:

  1. Create xml for overview of sperate data files
  2. Implement data smoothing and interpolation (as HZDR data handling)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
