Implement appropriate filter for axial velocities

Due to the rotating behavior of the LSP it is possible that some velocity values are overrated. The maximum limit (approx. 2*v_tip) will be set according previous 4D-Particle Tracking Velocimetry data in a 3 L reactor. The data must be compared to accompanying numerical simulations.
