Integrate PMDA into MAICoS

The new PMDA framework is quite promising and written in a way that it can be easily integrated into the MAICoS logic of observables. Implementing it for the base class would give instant speedup of every analysis.

Roadblocks/questions are:

• How to integrate the AnalysisCollection?
• Concfreq functionality?
